Sunbank Solar started in 2018 with two electricians, one truck, and a rule: no subcontractors. Seven years on we run four in-house crews out of Del Paso and have installed 680 residential systems across the Sacramento region, from Davis to Folsom to Elk Grove.
We stayed residential-only on purpose. Home roofs, home panels, home batteries: that focus is why our average install finishes in one day and why 95 percent of our systems pass city inspection on the first visit.
Every design is produced in-house and signed off by a NABCEP-certified professional. Every quote is one fixed number. And every system we install carries the same 25 year panel and labor warranty, serviced by the same people who put it on your roof.

After the switch flipped
Our July SMUD bill went from $268 to $19. The crew was on the roof by 7 am and gone by 3 pm, and the yard was tidier than they found it.
Sunbank quoted $2,100 under two national companies and put the panel layout and production numbers in writing before we signed anything.
The battery kept the fridge, router, and one AC zone running through a summer outage. The app flagged it before I noticed the lights.
